Picked up my Vanguard earlier this month. Needed something for my young adult kids. Struggled with the decision for a while but as of today very satisfied.
Had to buy all the reloading tools, new powder, primers, brass etc. Started off fire forming the brass with the recommended loads with IMR4320. I have had four students shoot this rifle already and it has been driving tacks at 100 yards, thats without fine tuning my loads. Well, thats going to change.
Today, went to the range for some ladder testing. Started off with IMR 4320 and Nosler 55gr BTSP at 200 yards. After 10 shots, I couldnt believe my eyes. Four of them were near an inch apart. This thing is a true flat shooter. All rounds were within a 3.5" circle. In the end, I am sticking with the recommended load data.

IMR 4320 45.5gr, Nosler 55gr BTSP and this time winchester primers.
